PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix flour and baking soda. Beat peanut butter, butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in eggs. With mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture, just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees, or until lightly browned. Cool before removing to cooling rack. Store tightly covered.
