COCOA BARS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Mix together and pour into a 9x9 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soft butter
2/3 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and frost on bars while they are warm.
