CROUTONS 
8 slices frozen 40-calorie bread, cut in 3/8 to 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil

Put bread cubes into large bowl. Drizzle dressing on cubes as you toss cubes. Keep tossing and add the rest of ingredients. Spray large cookie sheet with butter Pam, put seasoned cubes on cookie sheet. Put in oven at 350 degrees. Stir cubes a few times while drying. Leave oven door ajar for last baking time. When cubes are fully dry, let cool. Divide into airtight jars and store. This recipe is LOW in calories, as well as fat and cholesterol.
