PASTA AND HAM CASSEROLE 
7 oz. cooked macaroni
10 oz. chopped broccoli
1 c. ham cubes
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Mix first 5 ingredients in a casserole. Heat cheese and milk together until melted; add sour cream and pour over ingredients. Top with bread crumbs mixed with butter. Bake.
