TURKEY CHOWDER 
2 c. cubed, pared potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c shredded natural Cheddar cheese

In 3 quart saucepan put potatoes, lima beans, onion, celery and salt. Blend water with soup and add to vegetables. Cook covered for 35 to 45 minutes. Add undrained tomatoes, turkey, poultry seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese over each serving. 8 servings.
