ALMOND ENJOY COOKIES | |
1 c. (2 bars) butter 1 c. brown sugar 3 c. flour, unsifted 2 c. coconut 1 c. sesame seed 1/4 c. water 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1/2 c. sliced almonds Cream butter and sugar, adding water and extract until light and fluffy. Add flour until dough is formed. Stir in seeds, nuts and coconut. Shape into rolls 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap and refrigerate. Cut 1/4 inch slices. Bake 25-30 minutes at 300 degrees. ENJOY! |
