BROKEN GLASS TORTE 
1 pkg. each of 3 different Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water for each pkg.
1 env. plain unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. hot pineapple juice
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

2 doz. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve each of your 3 packages Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and chill in separate pans until firm - cut into cubes 1/2 inch square. Soften unflavored gelatin cold water, dissolve in hot pineapple juice, cool until slightly thickened and fold into whipped cream into which you've added the sugar and vanilla. Blend Jello cubes carefully into pineapple, whipped cream mixture. Turn into a springform pan or angel cake pan lined with 2/3 of the graham crackers mixture.

Top with remaining crumbs. Chill. Slice as you would angel food cake. This cut gives the broken glass effect.
