1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (9 oz.) pkg. (1 1/2 c.) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate rainbow morsels, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In mixer bowl, beat sugar, butter, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until creamy. Blend in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup Rainbow Morsels. Press into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Rainbow Morsels. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen squares.
