LINGUICA PUFFS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. skinned, chopped linguicalb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. water

Mix Bisquick and linguica, add water and mix well. Fold in cheese. Place by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

This gets 5 star because it's easy, inexpensive and is also filling. It looks like you slaved over these. I wish it stated how much cheese to use. THese can be dry. Don't be afraid to add more water as needed. I sprayed with a olive oil pam and added parmesan topping.
