TURKEY MACARONI SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. pickle relish
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse in cold water; cool. Add turkey, celery, onion, pepper, relish and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with salad greens if desired.
