ITALIAN BEEF 
1 roast (cooked slowly until tender or 1-2 lbs. roast beef in deli)
1 jar pepperocini's
3 bay leaves
2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. white wine
Hamburger buns

Place cooked sliced roast beef into electric skillet; add water, vinegar wine, pepperocini's and juice from jar and bay leaves. Cook on low 1-2 hours. Season with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning.

Pour au jus over buns. Delicious with mustard or by itself. Great for large groups.
