PATIO SALAD 
4 1/4 c. chopped chicken or turkey
1 c. diced celery
1/3 c. Italian dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 sm. can chopped pimiento
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Durkee's dressing
8 tomatoes
Salt to taste

Soak meat and celery in Italian dressing overnight in refrigerator or let stand in refrigerator for at least six hours. Take out and stir. Combine with all other ingredients, except tomatoes. Cut each tomato into 6 or 8 sections, but don't cut all the way through. Sprinkle with salt. Fill with salad. Serve on lettuce cups. Makes 8 servings.
