LEMON PINEAPPLE FLUFF CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon pudding cake mix 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. oil 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour pineapple into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; spread evenly. Pour dry cake mix on top of pineapple; spread evenly. Combine water, eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla into small bowl, mix 1 minute at medium speed. Pour liquid over dry cake mix; DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. |
