GAZPACHO - COLD SOUP 
3 cucumbers, thinly chopped
3 radishes, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes, sieved
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. sugar
Pinch of basil
3 green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, mashed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of savory

Serve cold. Can be strained or served as is. Marinate several hours. Corn bread is good with this for a light meal.
