HONEY CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. honey
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 tsp. cornstarch

Blend cream cheese with honey until smooth; beat in eggs and yolks. Add remaining ingredients, beat until smooth. Turn into prepared crust and bake at 300 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes until set. Cool and refrigerate until chilled before serving. Makes 8 servings.

CRUST:

Combine: 1/2 c. ground walnuts 1 tsp. cinnamon

Add 1/3 cup each honey and melted butter. Mix well. Pour into bottom and up sides of 8 inch spring form pan.
