SOUTHERN BANANA PUDDING 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
25 vanilla wafers
2 lg. bananas

Combine pudding mix, egg yolks, and milk in a saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture comes to boil. Remove from heat. Arrange bananas and wafers in 1 1/2 quart baking dish; cover with pudding.
