MARINADE FOR PORK | |
2 lbs. boneless pork roast, loin or shoulder or pork chops 1/2 c. apple juice or 1/4 c. apple juice and 1/4 c. dark rum 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. each ground allspice and ground pepper Cut loin, roast or shoulder into 1 1/2 to 2 inch chunks. Leave pork chops whole. Put meat into glass bowl. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Marinate 1 hour or cover and refrigerate overnight. Thread chunks onto skewers. Barbecue or broil. Delicious! |
