3 c. flour
1 c. softened Parkay
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, soda, cream of tartar, cut in Parkay with pastry-blender and add eggs, sugar, vanilla. Mix all together. Roll out on floured surface, cut into cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets.
