SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. oatmeal
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix together all ingredients except for the soup and buttermilk. Form into meatballs. Brown. Combine soup and buttermilk. Pour over the meatballs.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
