2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Coca-Cola
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk with 1/2 tsp. baking soda in it

Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Bring Coca-Cola, cocoa and butter to a boil. Remove from heat, add marshmallows and stir until they are dissolved. Combine liquid and dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 10"x13" loaf pan at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1/3 c. Coca Cola
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box (or a little less) confectioners' sugar

Bring Coca-Cola, butter and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat and add nuts, vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Pour over hot cake.
