1 whole hen
3 cloves garlic
1 lg. onion
2-4 different kinds of sausage
1 tray chicken gizzards
1 tray chicken livers

Boil chicken with garlic and onion. While chicken is cooking fry sausage in 1 tablespoon butter. Also fry gizzards and livers. When cooked put sausage, gizzards and livers in pot with chicken. Cook until chicken is tender.
