PEACH PIE SUPREME 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. softened butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first six ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate (glass). Drain peaches reserving 3 1/2 tablespoons juice. Layer over bottom of plate.

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar with juice in small mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread mixture over peaches. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Serve warm or cold.
