MACARONI AND CHEESE 
8 oz. box elbow macaroni
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. red pimientos (sm. jar)
3 tsp. butter
Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook macaroni in salted water and drain. Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs. Pour into buttered casserole. Cover with Ritz crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake 25 minutes, 300 degree oven. Serves 8-10.
