SWEET AND SOUR SLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
2 carrots, grated
1/3 c. green pepper, diced
1/3 c. onion, diced
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion together. Sprinkle with sugar. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing. Pour over the above and toss. Cover and refrigerate 8-12 hours. Drain before serving if desired.
