BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD 
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
2/3 c. butter
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt

Wash and thoroughly drain blueberries; toss with 4 tablespoons flour. Sift together remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter; gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture and bananas alternately in 3 parts. Stir in blueberries. Spoon into greased 9x5x3 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until done. Makes 3 loaves.
