CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 - 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. rolled oats

CAKE:

16 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 - 1/2 c. sugar or honey

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Little sugar

CRUST:

Mix and press into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes then re-shape crust and cool.

CAKE:

Soften cream cheese and mix with ingredients until smooth. Pour into cooled crust - bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

TOPPING:

Mix and pour over cheese cake when done baking. Then bake 10 additional minutes. Put in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
