CHICKEN AND STEAK KABOBS 
Chicken and steak, enough to feed family
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 can sm. tomatoes (optional)

Drain pineapples, keeping the juice. Mix pineapple juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic. Cut chicken and steak into cubes. Soak meat in sauce overnight. Place meat on skewers with pineapples and potatoes. Broil until done, about 10 minutes. Baste with sauce mixture while broiling.
