INDIAN PUDDING 
Mix:

3 tbsp. Indian cornmeal
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. milk

Mix all in casserole and bake one hour in 375 degree oven; stir and bake 1/2 hour more. Stir often to keep from getting lumpy. This can be divided or increased nicely.
