PLUM CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (opt.)
1 c. oil
3 lg. eggs
1 c. nuts
2 sm. jars plums with tapioca (baby food)

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water

Sift together dry ingredients. Add the others and beat one minute. Bake in stem pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more, if needed.

Mix all ingredients for glaze in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over cake.
