PECAN PIE WITH PHILADELPHIA
CREAM CHEESE
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. soft butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese. Cream soft butter with brown sugar, beaten eggs, Karo syrup and vanilla. Mix with the cream cheese. Pour in shell and cover with pecans. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees then 325 degrees 1/2 hour or until set.
