LAMB OR BEEF STEW 
3 lbs. meat
1/2 bag potatoes
2 bags carrots
1 onion
4 cans tomato soup
Salt and pepper

Saute meat with onion. Then add 1 1/2 cups of water with your cans of soup. Bring to a boil. Add your potatoes and cook until tender then add your carrots and cook until vegetables are soft.
