HOT PEPPER JELLY 
12 hot green peppers (cut in pieces)

Take 6 of hot peppers and put in blender with:

3/4 c. apple cider vinegar

Repeat with other peppers. Put in large saucepan:

6 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red or green food coloring
1 bottle pectin

Boil 20 minutes and pour immediately in hot jars and seal. Crackers, cream cheese and hot pepper jelly!
