2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/8 tsp. cayenne

IN bowl, mix together above ingredients. Store in tightly covered container until needed. Makes 2 1/3 cup coating mix. To use coating mix: Dip chicken pieces, pork chops, or fish fillets in milk, then in the coating mix. Shake off excess coating mix. Bake or cook according to the recipe you are using.
