BROCCOLI & SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cook & set aside
1 stick butter
3 onions
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 lb. mushrooms (fresh or canned
1/2 c. milk

Saute butter, onions, green pepper and celery. Add mushroom soup and mushrooms. Grease casserole dish (at least a 9 x 13 inch pan). Crumble 1 package frozen broccoli. Grate 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese. Layer spaghetti, broccoli and cheese. Cover with sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
