MARCY MOLDED SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped up
Little pimiento
1/2 c. walnut meats, cut up
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Drain pineapple. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 2 cups. Boil. Take off stove; add 1 package of lemon Jell-O; let cool. Dissolve cream cheese in above. When cool (not set), add celery, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 cup chopped walnut meats. Add pineapple and whipped cream. Place in mold; let set.

Serves 8 to 10 people.
