PLUM YUMMY GAME HENS 
3 game hens, split in half
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1 jar (8 oz.) plum jelly
2 tbsp. grated raw onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place hens, skin side up in shallow pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients for sauce in saucepan and cook over medium heat until jelly is melted. Spoon sauce over hens and bake 45 minutes, basting often.
