SUSAN'S SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
2 to 3 slices day old bread, cubed
5 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage and onions until done, stirring to crumble. In casserole dish, layer the bread, top with sausage, and then the cheese. Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over. Let stand several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
