FLUFFY WHITE ICING 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. water
2 beaten egg whites

Combine sugar, water and syrup in a pan with lid. Bring to a boil. Remove lid and cook slowly until it reaches thread stage. Pour hot mixture into egg whites. Beat until thick enough to spread. Add vanilla.
