CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
16 oz. soft cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 lg. eggs, separated
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. cottage cheese, drained well & blended
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter for crust. Press into bottom of pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk, sour cream and blended cottage cheese. Add egg yolks, 1 at a time. Beat in vanilla and lemon juice.

In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry, when fairly stiff add salt and powdered sugar. Fold all together. Pour in pan and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until firm. Cool and refrigerate.
