PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. sm. shells, cooked
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1/2 lb. hard salami
1/2 lb. pepperoni
2 green peppers
3 celery sticks
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
Garlic powder (or minced cloves)
Oregano
1 can pitted black olives, chopped
1/4 c. green olives, chopped
3/4 c. olive oil
Vinegar to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop (in chunks) cheese, salami, and pepperoni. Chop (small pieces) peppers, celery, garlic, and oregano (to taste). Mix all ingredients well. Let set overnight. After mixture has set, mix well again. Add more olive oil and vinegar (to taste), if desired (as ingredients will absorb oil and vinegar when set overnight).
