IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. ham or cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 c. melted butter

Blend all except meat and cheese on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with meat and cheese. Push gently below surface with back of spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to set for 10 minutes before serving.
