BARBY'S HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In 2 quart pan, mix dry ingredients. Add milk, mix. Cook until thick - stir frequently. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, mix until butter is melted.

Serve warm over ice cream. Store remainder in micro-waveable container. Reheat in microwave. Keep refrigerated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
