STRAWBERRY DELIGHT PUNCH 
2 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 oz. can pink lemonade
1 qt. cranberry juice
1 (12 oz.) bottle ginger ale or club soda
1 qt. strawberry ice cream (cranberry ice cream can be substituted)

Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Add the pureed strawberries. Stir in the pink lemonade, cranberry juice and 3 cups of cold water. Chill. Shape ice cream balls ahead of time and freeze. Just before serving, add ginger ale and the ice cream balls. Serves 30.
