ENCHILADA PIE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can diced green chili
1 can pinto beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 lb. ground beef
8 flour tortillas
2 c. grated longhorn cheese

Fry hamburger and drain fat. Mix with first 5 ingredients. Grease 9 x 13 inch cake pan; add layer of tortillas then pour some of meat mixture on tortillas, add some cheese and repeat until all tortillas and mixture are used up. End with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
