STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour

Soften butter. Add sugar and flour. Pat into a pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Mix until creamy and spread on baked crust.

TOPPING:

1 qt. strawberries

Simmer 1 cup mashed berries with 2/3 cup water for 3 minutes. Mix 3 tablespoons cornstarch into 1/3 cup water. Stir into simmering berries and cook until thick. Arrange remaining berries, sliced, over the crust. Pour cooled glaze over berries. Serve with Cool Whip.
