CARROT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. carrots
1 c. nuts
6 drops walnut flavoring

Mix and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. syrup
1 c. sugar

Boil and pour over cake.
