CORN TORTILLAS | |
1 c. cornmeal 1 c. boiling water 1 tsp. salt Pour boiling salted water over cornmeal and stir. When cornmeal is cool enough to harden, shape into then flat cakes and cook on an un-oiled hot griddle until brown on both sides. Makes 8 servings. |
