EGG ROLLS 
1 pkg. skins (egg rolls
1/2 sm. med. head Napa cabbage
1/2 lb. chicken breast meat
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
3 eggs, scrambled
1 sm. chunk, chopped or 1/2 tsp. ground gingeroot
1 bunch, chopped sm. green onions

Stir fry all ingredients separately in small amounts of oil. Cut and chop small before cooking. Put in colander to drain off liquid. Roll up in skins, seal with water. Deep fry 3-4 minutes, turning once.
