PEANUT BUTTER GRAVY 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 bay leaf
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar

Put peanut butter and all spices in a skillet over low heat, stir to combine. Mix water and milk together. Stir in sugar to dissolve. Stirring constantly, add liquid to skillet. Continue stirring until smooth and combined. Continue stirring and increase heat to medium high. Cook until thickened. Remove bay leaf. Serve hot over meat or mashed potatoes.
