SEAFOOD CURRY AND RICE 
1 can Albacore tuna
1 can crabmeat
1 can shrimp
1/2 c. ripe olives
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. French dressing
1/4 c. fresh parsley finely chopped
Lettuce

Combine tuna, crabmeat, shrimp, celery, olives, curry and mayonnaise. Chill. Combine rice, French dressing and parsley. Chill. Arrange a bed of rice on a leaf of lettuce and top with the tuna, crab and shrimp mixture.
